Syomin: Coaches are more important than the limit of legionnaires

Yuri Syomin, the former coach of the Russian national team and Moscow "Lokomotiv," expressed his thoughts on the potential changes to the legionnaire limit in the national championship. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, the most important aspect is the activities of coaches in children's and youth sports schools as well as professional teams. Syomin emphasizes that changes in the limit will not affect the development of players.

Currently, the legionnaire limit in the Russian Premier League is 14 on the roster and 8 on the field. In the future, these numbers may be reduced to 10 and 5, respectively.
