It may not be possible for clubs to field their main players in the Super League 1st round
The Uzbekistan Professional Football League (UzPFL) warned Super League clubs according to clause 11.7 of the regulations. Clause 11.7 of the "Super League and Pro League Regulations" states:

After the licensing documents granting the right to participate in the competition are formalized, the licenses will be presented under the personal responsibility of the club's authorized representative, confirmed by their signature, under the following conditions:

- A document proving that the license granting the right to use the technology mentioned in clause 10.18 of the regulations has been purchased until the end of the season must be submitted to the League;

- A contract with a centralized company providing information on the player's statistical performance in official matches based on video analysis must be submitted to the League. Without these documents, the club cannot obtain a license for players aged 2002 and older.

The League introduced this clause to implement the tasks set out in the Decree No. 5887 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 4, 2019, "On measures to bring the development of football in Uzbekistan to a completely new level," and it has been gradually tightened. In particular, it became known that several clubs provided false information to the League in the implementation of this clause last season, and disciplinary measures were applied against them.

To prevent such situations in the current season, the amendment to the regulations was communicated to Super League clubs as early as December of last year. League specialists provided practical assistance to clubs on this issue and in negotiations over the past three months. Nevertheless, some clubs have not yet registered the relevant licenses with the League.

Therefore, if any club fields players born only in 2003 or later in the first round of the Super League, the League will not provide that team with licenses for adult players. We hope that football fans will accept such situations correctly and demand professionalism from their team's management," the PFL statement said.
