Being a football coach in Bolivia is not easy. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The complex crime environment in the country, the high altitude, and the underdeveloped football traditions make this job even more challenging. Additionally, the impatience of football club owners is a significant test for coaches.
In the Bolivian championship, 14 coaches have already been dismissed in just 104 days, which means an average of one coach is replaced per week. Out of sixteen teams, only five continue to work with the coach they started the season with.
The situation last year was slightly better, with a total of 37 coaches leaving during the championship. However, at that time, coach exchanges occurred on average once every ten days.
Now, this process is repeating once a week. This situation indicates the low stability in the football sector in Bolivia and the strict demands placed on coaches.
Therefore, coaching here requires great patience and endurance.
