Former Spartak team owner Andrey Chervichenko commented on the possibility of Lokomotiv midfielder Aleksey Batrakov moving to strong European clubs. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to him, if the player meets a high level, he could move to clubs like Real or Barcelona. However, Chervichenko believes that Batrakov does not currently match that level.
Last season, 20-year-old Batrakov played in a total of 37 matches in the Russian championship and Cup, scoring 15 goals and providing 10 assists. Additionally, based on the results of the 2024/25 Russian championship, Batrakov was named the best young player.
These results serve as a good foundation for his future development. If the player continues to improve his skills, there is a possibility of moving to high-level clubs in the future.
For now, he is active in the national championship and cup.
