Bulykin supported Orenburg's return to the Premier League

He expresses confidence in the decision of the Russian Football Union. According to Bulykin, if the Russian Football Union has made such a decision, it means they have thought this matter through carefully, consulted with all parties, and found the best solution.

According to him, the Football Union has more information and details compared to the average fan. Therefore, he fully trusts this decision.

Bulykin also emphasized that the Russian Football Union does not harm Russian football. It is worth noting that the "Orenburg" team finished in 15th place in the Premier League during the spring season and was relegated from the league.

Now, under the leadership of Vladimir Slishkovich, the team has returned to the Premier League. The "Torpedo," on the other hand, will play in the Pari League, which is the second division, after the punishment.
