Spartak wants to strengthen its defense with Mourinho

The Moscow "Spartak" team is looking for a new player to strengthen its defense. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The team is interested in "Torino" club player Saul Koko. If "Spartak" cannot reach an agreement with Koko, the club will try to sign Santiago Mourinho from "Alaves".

Additionally, there is another central defender on the short list, who is also from Europe. The 23-year-old Mourinho played 25 matches in La Liga last season and received seven yellow cards.

His market value is estimated at three million euros. The player's contract with "Alaves" is set to last until the summer of 2029.

This transfer aims to strengthen "Spartak's" defense. The club's management is making every effort to reach an agreement with the new player.
