The new president of the Akhmat club has been appointed

The new president of the "Akhmat" football club was introduced on the official social media page of the Grozny city club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Yakub Zakriyev has been elected to this position. Yakub Zakriyev has been active as the club's vice president since 2017 and has actively participated in the life of the team.

The club's press service wishes Yakub Salmanovich success and achievements in his new position and calls for joint efforts to promote the "Akhmat" club. According to the results of the last season, "Akhmat" finished 14th in the Russian Premier League and was forced to participate in additional matches.

In these matches, they managed to defeat the "Ural" team and stay in the top league. Sergey Tashuev was the head coach of the club.

During the summer transfer period, the head coach of the "Akhmat" club changed, and Alexander Storozhuk, who previously managed the "Arsenal" and "Krasnodar" clubs in Tula, was appointed to this position. The club aims to achieve new successes under the leadership of the new coach.
