Former striker of the Russian national team Dmitriy Bulykin assessed the future prospects of the Moscow "Dinamo" team under the leadership of new head coach Valeriy Karpin. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Bulykin views the team's ability to achieve high results with some skepticism. In his opinion, the team will certainly fight for high positions, but the outcome in this regard is uncertain.
There are doubts about Karpin's sufficient experience, as he may have forgotten how to play in responsible matches for serious goals. Last season, the capital team was managed by Czech specialist Martsel Lichka, but he was dismissed with four rounds remaining in the season.
The club appointed Rolan Gusev as interim coach, but the team finished the season in fifth place. Thus, it is clear that a lot of work needs to be done for the team to rise from lower positions under the new coach.
