It became possible to control a robotic hand through thought
Scientists have succeeded in moving a robotic hand solely through thought using a new non-invasive technology. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This was also reported by FoxNews.com. The system reads brain waves based on artificial intelligence and transmits the obtained data to the robotic device.
As a result, the robotic hand moves accurately and quickly. No surgical intervention or implant installation is required.
The project has been developed in collaboration with Penn State University and the Army Research Lab, creating new opportunities for people with disabilities and limited mobility. The system, aided by artificial intelligence, accurately selects brain signals and controls the robotic hand precisely.
The technology stands out for its ability to operate in real-time. This approach can be applied in medical rehabilitation, military fields, and virtual reality.
The project is currently in the experimental phase, and scientists are researching its broader application. This technology is expected to play a significant role in improving human life in the future.
