
According to Aviasales data, airfare prices from Uzbekistan to China have decreased by 44 percent compared to last year. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This change is related to the introduction of a visa-free regime and the increase in the number of flights. The publication Kursiv Uzbekistan released official information about this.
It was noted that during the past year, the number of bookings for flights to China increased by 66 percent. Especially, flights to Guangzhou city have seen high demand, with ticket prices becoming twice as cheap.
Airfare prices to Beijing have decreased by 39 percent, while bookings increased by 76 percent. Ticket prices to Shanghai have also dropped by 23 percent.
Shanghai remains particularly popular among those wishing to fly business class. Demand for flights to Hangzhou has also significantly increased, with ticket demand rising by 82 percent.
For family tourism, popular resort cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Sanya are preferred. These changes further expand the travel opportunities for Uzbek citizens to China and help reduce travel expenses.
As a result, cultural and economic relations between the two countries are expected to develop further.
