Meta's artificial intelligence is specifically designed to address these recurring questions. Sellers can preview these automatic responses and, if necessary, edit and activate them.
Furthermore, artificial intelligence also assists in creating product listings faster. After a seller uploads a product image, the system automatically generates product details and analyzes similar products in their region to suggest competitive pricing.
Buyers can also obtain more information about the seller. They are shown when the account was created, the number of friends, past sales history, and the rating system.
To expand their customer base, sellers can also offer shipping options. Through a special control panel, there is an opportunity to create prepaid shipping labels and track order status.
