French startup «Gradium» raised 100 million dollars in investment

In the field of artificial intelligence, French startup Gradium, which is developing voice technologies, has successfully completed its first investment round. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The company raised a total of $100 million with the participation of tech giants such as NVIDIA. This event clearly indicates that the artificial intelligence market in Europe is rapidly growing and the demand for voice interfaces is increasing.
This is reported by influential publications. Gradium began its operations in December last year with $70 million in funding.
In this new round, influential investors such as Erik Schmidt and Xavier Niel joined alongside NVIDIA to support the project. These funds will enable the company to strengthen its position in the global market and expand its technological infrastructure.
The company's leadership announced that part of the attracted investment will be directed toward opening a new office in the San Francisco Bay Area in the United States. This strategic step will facilitate closer collaboration with industry leaders and help attract top-tier specialists.
Although Paris remains the center of artificial intelligence in Europe, having a presence in Silicon Valley is crucial for global recognition. Gradium's founder, Neil Zegidur, is an experienced researcher who previously worked at organizations such as Google Brain and DeepMind.
Under his leadership, the team is currently working on creating voice models with extremely low latency. This technology eliminates unpleasant delays when interacting with artificial intelligence, bringing conversation as close as possible to natural dialogue.
Currently, competition in the voice artificial intelligence market is intense. Gradium faces competition from major players such as ElevenLabs and Google.
Despite this, the French startup has achieved significant success in a short time. Notably, the renowned French automotive giant Renault has already become a Gradium client.
The company's technological solutions are attractive not only to ordinary users but also to large industrial corporations. The speed and accuracy of voice assistants are expected to bring revolutionary changes in the future to automotive manufacturing, customer service, and smart device management.
NVIDIA's interest in this project indicates that Gradium's computational power and algorithms are highly efficient.
