TCL company produces displays for printing in printers
Display technologies have undergone a major breakthrough, as reported by Zamin.uz.

TCL, one of China’s leading technology corporations, has announced the start of mass production of the world’s first organic light-emitting diode (OLED) panels manufactured using inkjet printing technology.

This new method allows displays to be printed on specialized printers rather than produced through traditional, complex processes.

As a result, product costs are expected to drop significantly. According to company specialists, the new screens have passed all required tests, and production lines are now operating at full capacity.

Although the technology has been studied theoretically for many years, TCL is among the first manufacturers to successfully bring it to large-scale commercial use.

In the initial phase, the produced panels will be 20 inches in size and primarily intended for professional-grade monitors and high-performance gaming devices.

The panels feature a classic color structure that ensures top-tier image quality.

Technically, the new panels stand out with high-resolution image formats, a 120Hz refresh rate, and excellent color accuracy.

These capabilities make the monitors suitable not only for everyday use but also highly beneficial for designers and video editors who work with color-critical content.

The main advantage of inkjet printing is that it eliminates the need for expensive and complex metal masks used in traditional methods.

The old approach involved significant material waste, while the new technology uses specialized devices to deposit organic material in precise droplet form onto specific locations.

This reduces material consumption and increases production efficiency.

In the Uzbek market, this brand has already gained recognition for its quality and affordable products.

The widespread adoption of this technology in the future is expected to help lower the prices of modern display devices.

This, in turn, will further expand access to high-quality displays for local consumers.

Experts believe that printer-produced screens will usher in a new era in the industry and, in the coming years, pave the way for more affordable panels for smartphones and laptops as well.
