The specialist emphasized that one must be very careful when choosing products for breakfast. Her words were cited by Britain's Daily Express.
Many people are accustomed to consuming products high in fats, sugars, and refined carbohydrates in the morning. This is a big mistake, says the expert.
As a result of such eating habits, blood sugar levels fluctuate sharply throughout the day, leading to irritability, fatigue, and difficulties in concentrating.
According to Ashley Tosh, harmful products include grain cereals and toasts made from white bread. At the same time, the specialist noted that pastries (buns) could be suitable for breakfast, but they must be supplemented with fiber and protein.
