The strategy places great emphasis on promoting reading. According to the plan, the goal is to increase the number of active young readers to 5 million.
To this end, it is planned to digitize 40 million books from library collections. In addition, the publication of multi-volume works such as "Treasures of Uzbek Literature" and "Gems of World Children's Literature" will be organized.
Within the framework of enhancing creative potential, it is envisaged to create at least 100 literary works and 50 children's books annually. Scientific and sociological research will serve as the main support in these processes, helping to monitor changes in the socio-spiritual environment and systematically support national values.
In the field of education and upbringing, cooperation between family, school, and state is established as a fundamental principle. Measures will be implemented to transform educational institutions into cultural centers, introduce interactive approaches, and protect young people from external ideological influences.
Special attention is given to the theater sector within cultural infrastructure. By 2030, 40 theaters in the country will be reconstructed and 6 new theaters will be built, including two new puppet theaters.
The goal is to increase the number of theater spectators to 5 million annually and to bring Uzbek stage art to the international arena. At the same time, the material and technical base of theaters will be updated and high-quality stage productions will be created.
