It has been revealed why Trump wants to put an end to the conflict in Ukraine
US President Donald Trump is making a determined effort to end the conflict in Ukraine. His main goal is to improve relations with Russia and reduce geopolitical tensions. This was reported by retired Colonel Daniel Davis of the US Army on social media, according to RIA Novosti.

Trump's pursuit of a peace agreement

Davis emphasized that good relations between the US and Russia are very important for Trump. In his opinion, Trump wants to strengthen the relationship between Washington and Moscow by promoting peace negotiations.

"Trump is focusing all his attention on ending the conflict. However, he is also looking to the future; for him, establishing good relations between the two powerful states: Russia and the US is important," Davis said.

Signals from Washington to Kyiv

The analyst noted that Washington is sending signals indicating that Ukraine could face defeat without US assistance. This, in turn, shows that Trump is trying to resolve the conflict through diplomatic means.

Geopolitical changes and Trump's calculations

Davis pointed out that Trump has analyzed the current situation and understood that there is no benefit for the US if the conflict continues.

"Trump has been caught up in the calculations: revenues, expenses. Now he looks and understands: the balance of power has finally shifted in favor of Russia, and now there is no benefit for the US in the conflict; its continuation will only lead to escalation and a third world war," Davis concluded.

Donald Trump wants to set a new strategic direction for the US by ending the conflict in Ukraine. He advocates for establishing better relations with Russia and reducing tensions. Trump's position could significantly influence how Washington's future policies are shaped and international relations.
