A woman named B.G., who lives in this area, stated that her 11-year-old daughter and other children received such candies from an unknown person.
An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident, and necessary expert examinations have been assigned. During the investigation, police officers detained N.D. as a suspect.
He is currently placed in temporary detention. During a search conducted at N.D.'s residence, candies with needles and other evidence were confiscated.
The investigation is still ongoing. The Lenin district court decided to keep the suspect in investigative detention for two months.
