Drone attacks between Ukraine and Russia intensified: Dnipro and Moscow suffered significant damage
On the night of March 11, air strikes between Ukraine and Russia escalated further. While Russia targeted the city of Dnipro with drones, Ukraine carried out a large-scale drone attack on Moscow and its surrounding areas. Both sides reported significant damage.

Russian drone attack in Dnipro

According to Sergey Lisak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Russian drones damaged 10 private houses in the city of Dnipro. Additionally, windows of kindergarten and school buildings were shattered.

"As a result of the enemy's drone attack, several fires occurred. A garage and light vehicles were burned, and a two-story private house was partially destroyed. Fires were also recorded in infrastructure facilities," Lisak said.

The Ukrainian air defense forces managed to shoot down 12 out of 20 drones aimed at the Dnipro region. Currently, there is no official information about casualties or injuries from the attack.

At the same time, a signal was also given about the threat of air strikes in the city of Kyiv. Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko announced on Telegram that the air defense system in the city had been activated and residents were advised to stay in shelters.

Ukraine responded to Russia with drone attacks

On the night of March 11, Ukraine carried out a large-scale drone attack on Moscow and several regions of Russia.

Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin noted that 69 drones were shot down around the capital and its surroundings. However, some of the debris damaged a building roof on Domodedovo Street. According to the Mash Telegram channel, several windows were broken on the upper floors of the building.

There are also reports of drone strikes on residential buildings in the cities of Vidnoye and Ramenskoye in the Moscow region. Russian analysts speculate that the attack was carried out using a type of drone called "Lyutiy," produced by Ukraine.

According to Moscow region governor Andrey Vorobyov, at least three people were killed as a result of the attack. Russian officials noted that drones were spotted in Kolomna, Zaraysk, Serpukhov, Leninskoye, Podolsk, Elektrostal, and other areas.

Due to drone debris falling in the area of Domodedovo railway station, some train services were temporarily suspended. Security measures have also been tightened at Domodedovo airport, and a "Kover" plan has been implemented.

Air strikes between Russia and Ukraine are escalating

The drone attacks between Ukraine and Russia are becoming increasingly intense. Both sides are ramping up strikes on infrastructure facilities and strategic locations.

The Ukrainian government emphasizes that these attacks are aimed at exerting pressure on Russia and are a response to its air strikes. Moscow has indicated that it plans to respond even more harshly to Ukraine.

The developments in the coming days and the strategic responses of both countries are generating significant interest.
