Former Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko expressed important views on Kyiv's future strategy in the war. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
He emphasized that to achieve a true victory, Ukraine should not limit itself to restoring borders but must reach Moscow. Yushchenko stated that the concept of victory varies for people.
For some, staying on the front line may be sufficient, but he does not accept this view. Because it could lead to unresolved problems for future generations.
According to the former president, returning to the 1991 borders is not a complete victory. If such a decision is made, children and grandchildren will remain at risk again.
Because as long as the Moscow regime exists, no nation or state can feel completely safe. Therefore, for Ukraine and the international community to achieve peace and stability, the current political regime in Russia must be eliminated.
Yushchenko considers the idea of "reaching Moscow" as the only strategic path. He served as Ukraine's president from 2005 to 2010 and was instrumental in political reforms and significant changes in international relations in the country.
In his opinion, only a complete victory is necessary for a strong and stable future.
