At the international competition held from September 21 to 26 in Inje city, Gangwon Province, South Korea, the Uzbekistani military outperformed all rivals and achieved a worthy victory. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The Ministry of Defense provided official information about this. The competition was the third international scientific-combat training contest organized at the Ground Forces Scientific Training Center, with participation from Korea, the USA, New Zealand, Cambodia, a NATO joint group, and 16 other teams, as well as nearly 500 military personnel.
The competition program was very diverse, focusing on participants developing operational plans, fulfilling national agreement obligations, and strengthening the necessary skills for joint operations of units. The main stages began with a draw.
According to the competition rules, the military took part in 12-stage conditional combat simulations conducted in mountainous, forest, and urban environments. At each stage, tactical actions, adherence to combat rules, elimination of the conditional enemy, and survival rates were thoroughly analyzed.
The Uzbek military distinguished themselves with their skill and speed. They captured the main command post of the conditional enemy in just 21 minutes, which was significantly better than the previous record of 33 minutes.
During the defense process, 25 minutes were sufficient to eliminate enemy forces, a figure that also surpassed the previously recorded best result. Experts believe that such success of the Uzbek military is the result of high training and discipline, demonstrating that they are forming as a competitive force on a global scale.
Thus, the competition in Korea not only enhanced the honor of the Uzbek army but also showcased how strongly the national military school is developing in modern directions.
