The Guinness World Records press service announced that Brazilian Juan Marino Netu's 113th birthday has once again confirmed his status as the "oldest man on earth." This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The celebration was held warmly and joyfully around a large table prepared by close relatives and friends. Juan Marino Netu was born in 1912 and is currently considered the oldest living man in the world.
This title was awarded to him last November after the previous holder, British John Tinniswood, passed away. Meanwhile, the oldest living person among humanity remains British citizen Ethel Caterham, who has reached 116 years and 46 days.
Juan has been married twice during his life and is the father of seven children. Six of them are still living healthy and active lives.
Additionally, he unites a large family with 22 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. According to relatives, Juan proudly accepts the title of "oldest man" and shares joy with those around him through his humorous words.
He also sent sincere congratulations to the world's oldest woman, celebrating her 116th birthday from afar. Representatives of the Guinness World Records emphasize that such titles are confirmed based on strict verifications, documents, and sealed archives.
Juan Marino Netu's longevity is not only a sign of his personal happiness but also a symbol of respect for a large family and values. This event once again confirms the necessity of appreciating human life and respecting generations.
