
US President Donald Trump is expected to visit Egypt next Tuesday. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The Axios publication, citing its sources, reports that Trump will first arrive in Israel on Monday, October 13. There, he will deliver a speech at the Israeli parliament, the Knesset, and meet with families of Israeli hostages.
That same evening, Trump will meet with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi. During this meeting, he may sign the agreement on Gaza with the leaders of Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey, who are guarantors of the deal.
Additionally, Trump is likely to participate in an international summit planned to be held in Sharm el-Sheikh. The situation in Gaza will be discussed at this summit.
According to sources, heads of state or foreign ministers from Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Qatar, UAE, Jordan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Indonesia have been invited. However, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is not expected to attend the summit.
US officials have confirmed Trump's intention to participate in this summit. The summit is mainly scheduled for Tuesday morning, but according to sources, it may be moved to Monday.
