Land allocated for airport construction in New Tashkent
A new airport is planned to be constructed in the Tashkent region. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This project will be implemented within the framework of the New Tashkent project. It is reported that the airport will be built in the area between the Qibray and O‘rtachirchiq districts.

During the construction works, it is expected that some citizens' houses and other buildings will be demolished. The territories of the "Xalqobod" and "Yangiyo‘l" neighborhoods in the O‘rtachirchiq district have been allocated for the airport construction.

In this regard, the district governor held a meeting with the residents. During the meeting, detailed explanations were given to the citizens about the procedure for compensation in case their properties are demolished.

Within the framework of the project, the state will ensure the protection of property owners' rights and the payment of appropriate funds to them in accordance with the law. Representatives of the governor's office emphasized that this process will be carried out transparently and fairly.
