A new airport is planned to be built in O‘rtachirchiq

A new international airport is planned to be built in the Ortachirchiq district, in the area bordering Kuyichirchiq district. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The district administration announced this. Within the scope of this project, houses in the Xalqobod and Yangiyo‘l neighborhoods located within the construction area are planned to be demolished.

Compensation will be paid to the property owners of the demolished houses in accordance with the procedures established by law. Islam Qosimov, the head of Ortachirchiq district, held a meeting with residents of the Xalqobod neighborhood and leaders of farming enterprises.

During the meeting, detailed explanations were given to the residents about the relocation process, payment procedures, and necessary formalities. Information was also provided about the list of documents required to receive compensation and the legal procedures of this process.

Representatives of district services answered all questions from the residents and openly discussed issues related to the relocation and demolition processes. The administration emphasized that all necessary assistance will be provided to the residents during this process.
