
Russian forces launched a massive attack on Kharkiv, the second largest city in Ukraine, on the night of November 24. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to Oleg Sinegubov, head of the regional military administration, strikes were carried out on areas inhabited by civilians using "Geran-2" type unmanned aerial vehicles. Initial reports indicate a total of 16 explosions were recorded.
As a result of the attack, residential buildings in the Shevchenko and Saltivka districts of Kharkiv suffered significant damage. Three civilians were killed: women aged 61 and 41, and a man aged 55.
Among the injured are two children. A 12-year-old boy was injured by broken glass, and an 11-year-old girl suffered psychological trauma.
According to Kharkiv mayor Igor Terekhov, rescuers found the body of another citizen among the rubble of private houses. As a result, the death toll reached four.
The number of injured is 17. Rescue operations are currently ongoing.
Efforts are underway to determine whether there are any citizens trapped under the debris. Regional head Sinegubov released photos showing the aftermath of the attack, emphasizing the extensive scale of the destruction.
