
An Uzbek national cuisine restaurant and a trade house of Namangan region have opened in Hiroshima, Japan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This project aims to promote regional brands as well as to develop trade and cultural relations. The restaurant offers Japanese guests traditional Uzbek dishes, including plov, somsa, shurpa, lagman, and kazan-kebab.
The trade house of Namangan region serves as a main platform for promoting industrial, agricultural, textile, handicraft products, and gastronomic brands. This project facilitates the development of new export directions and the establishment of direct cooperation between entrepreneurs of the two countries.
This initiative is an important step towards introducing Uzbek national cuisine and products on an international scale, as well as strengthening trade relations, playing a significant role in enhancing economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries.
