
The Afghan government has strictly prohibited its citizens from participating in combat operations abroad. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This was announced by Afghanistan's Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi in an interview with TOLONews. According to Muttaqi, ensuring the country's security is the duty not only of the Ministries of Defense and Interior or security forces but of every citizen.
He emphasized that Afghan territory should not be used for military purposes against other countries. Additionally, the government does not permit any individual to take part in combat operations abroad and stated that those who violate this rule will be held legally accountable.
Religious leaders also urged the government to prevent Afghanistan's involvement in foreign conflicts. They stressed the necessity of strictly punishing individuals who participate in combat operations abroad.
The country's leadership plans to take strict measures in this regard.
