Trump canceled the trade tariff due to the Greenland issue

US President Donald Trump has abandoned plans to impose trade tariffs on European countries due to the situation related to Greenland. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This decision was made following a meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte during the World Economic Forum held in Davos. According to Trump, the parties reached a common approach and agreement framework for future cooperation in Greenland and the entire Arctic region.
He also emphasized that this decision will bring positive results for the United States and NATO member countries. For this reason, he announced the cancellation of the trade tariffs that were scheduled to take effect on February 1.
It is worth noting that earlier, Donald Trump had indicated that starting from February, a 10% trade tariff might be imposed on products imported into the US from Denmark, the United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Finland. This decision was canceled as a result of negotiations regarding the Greenland issue.
