Europe Investigates Elon Musk's Artificial Intelligence

The European Union has launched an investigation into sexually explicit deepfakes created using Grok artificial intelligence owned by Elon Musk. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to BBC, a statement published on X company's X Safety page revealed that some images generated by Grok artificial intelligence are considered illegal and banned in certain jurisdictions.
Although these images are described as "not released to the market," activists and victims emphasize that such a possibility should not exist at all. The European Union is monitoring the activities of X company based on the Digital Services Act.
If the company is found to have violated this law, it could face fines of up to 6 percent of its global revenue. This case has sparked serious discussions regarding safety and ethical issues in the use of artificial intelligence tools.
Experts and human rights defenders stress the necessity to strengthen mechanisms for managing and controlling such technologies.
