Shark attack in Olinda: 13-year-old teenager died
A 13-year-old teenager died as a result of a shark attack near the coastal area of Olinda city in Brazil. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The news was reported by the Agência Brasil news agency. It is stated that the teenager was swimming in the sea with friends when the shark attacked.

The predator bit the back part of the boy’s right thigh. Due to severe injuries and heavy blood loss, the teenager was taken to the hospital, but he died without showing signs of life.

According to information, the Olinda coasts are considered one of the dangerous areas where shark attacks frequently occur. This tragedy has raised the number of people killed by shark attacks in the state of Pernambuco to 27.

It should also be added that earlier, beaches near Sydney, Australia, were temporarily closed due to a high risk of shark attacks. Such incidents once again highlight the need to strengthen safety measures along the coastlines.
