The 'Laxta-2' and 'Laxta-3' project submitted for expertise
The planning and delimitation project for the construction of the "Laxta-2" and "Laxta-3" skyscrapers has been submitted for anti-corruption expertise, reports "RBK Petersburg". This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This project covers the area located within the boundaries of Visotnaya, Bobilskaya, Vodnaya, and Beregovaya streets, as well as the narrow streets of Plyajnoy and Polevoy. The maximum duration of the project work is planned until 2026, with construction scheduled to be completed no later than 2033.

These tall buildings will house offices as well as public catering establishments, sports and cultural facilities, including swimming pools, a museum, exhibition halls, a gallery, and sports halls. This project will not only create jobs but also enrich the cultural and social life of the area.

The construction process will focus on modern technologies and ecological standards. All necessary measures will be taken to ensure timely and quality completion of the construction.

This project aims to improve the city's infrastructure and enhance the living standards of the population.
