China called for a halt to military actions in the Middle East

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi called for an immediate halt to military actions to prevent the situation in the Middle East from getting out of control and the conflict from spreading to other countries. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
At a briefing held in Beijing, the diplomat emphasized that this problem cannot be solved through the use of force. On the contrary, armed clashes create new hatred and conflicts, further complicating the situation.
Wang Yi noted the necessity of respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of regional countries, including Iran. According to him, the use of force is not a sign of greatness, and innocent people should not become victims of war.
"Force is not always justified; the world should not return to the law of the jungle," said the minister. He also added that the peoples of the region should determine their own fate, and attempts by external forces to interfere in internal affairs and incite color revolutions will never be supported.
The diplomat called on all parties to return to the negotiating table and resolve disagreements through equal dialogue. The Chinese side expressed its readiness to cooperate in implementing global initiatives to restore peace and stability in the Middle East and ensure security in the region.
It should be recalled that on February 28, 2025, the United States and Israel launched missile strikes on Iranian territory, killing Iran's supreme leader Ali Khamenei. In response, Tehran attacked American bases in Israel and the Persian Gulf and closed the Strait of Hormuz, which is crucial for oil transportation.
These events have further complicated the situation in the region and attracted the attention of the international community.
