Iran's new supreme leader delivered his first official speech

Mujtaba Khamenei, elected as Iran's sixth Ayatollah, delivered his first official speech before the mass media, an event of great significance for the people. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
His words were broadcast across the entire country via state television, with special attention given to foreign policy and national security issues. It is known that the new supreme leader had rarely been seen before, and reports had circulated that he was injured during armed attacks by the US and Israel.
In his statement, Mujtaba Khamenei firmly declared that Iran will never suddenly surrender to external pressures. According to him, measures to restrict passage through the Strait of Hormuz will continue in order to increase pressure against the enemy.
Additionally, he advised maintaining friendly relations with neighboring countries while halting plans to establish bases on US territories. The leader announced demands for compensation for material and moral damages caused by US and Israeli attacks.
He gave a strict warning that if the enemy refuses to pay compensation, necessary compensation will be taken from their property or equivalent damage will be inflicted. At the same time, it was stated that Tehran plans to open new war fronts, including by intensifying activities of the Houthis in Yemen and Hezbollah in Lebanon.
Mujtaba Khamenei also touched on his personal experience, saying he visited the shrine of his late grandfather Ali Khamenei and was inspired by his determination. He confirmed the truth that he lost his wife, sister, and child due to US and Israeli strikes.
He stated that he will not give up avenging the martyrs who died in Minab. Although Western publications reported that he was injured, official information is not yet clear.
This speech became an important signal to strengthen the country's internal unity and define future political directions.
