Senior official Kubanichbek Kapalov passed away in Kyrgyzstan
Great sorrow has recently gripped Kyrgyzstan, a close and neighboring country to the peoples of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. Zamin.uz reported on this matter.

On March 13, a senior official passed away in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. This incident was widely covered by the media and caused an uproar in society.

It became known that the deceased was Kubanichbek Kapalov, who served as Deputy Head of the Bailiffs Service within the Prosecutor General's Office system. News of the incident reached survivors, and police officers received a call stating that gunshots were heard from inside a vehicle on Kojomberdiyev Street in Chon-Ariq village, after which the body was found.

The rapid response and investigation team immediately arrived at the scene. Their initial inspection revealed that a man who had taken his own life using a firearm was found inside the cabin of a GAC-branded car.

Subsequent analyses and investigations officially identified the deceased as Kubanichbek Kapalov. During the work conducted by investigators, several pieces of evidence were found inside the vehicle.

Among them, an Izh-18 12-gauge shotgun, cartridges and wads used from it, as well as two mobile phones were identified. The most tragic circumstance is that a farewell letter written before his suicide was also found next to the deceased.

The results of the forensic medical examination confirmed that there was a gunshot wound to the chest and that this was the exact cause of death. According to preliminary information gathered so far, it is assumed that severe financial difficulties and debt obligations were the reasons for the official's passing.

These reports have caused great concern in society, as high-ranking officials usually should have various opportunities to resolve life problems. Currently, an official criminal case has been initiated based on the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.

Investigators state that documents are being fully reviewed and necessary measures are being taken to reveal all details of the incident. This event requires serious analysis and measures to prevent similar cases in the future.
