Trump calls on world powers to ensure the security of the Strait of Hormuz

US President Donald Trump called on several leading countries to send military and commercial vessels to the Strait of Hormuz. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
In his view, these measures are necessary to eliminate threats emanating from Iran and ensure stability in the region. Trump specifically named China, France, Japan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom on his social media page, urging them to contribute to security.
He claims that Iran's military forces have been almost completely eliminated and their power has dropped by ten percent. The Iranian side immediately responded to these statements.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi emphasized that the Strait of Hormuz remains open to world shipping. According to him, restrictions on the waterway apply only to vessels belonging to the United States, Israel, and their allies.
Vessels from all other countries can continue on their route without encountering any obstacles. Iranian officials stated that the waterway is closed only to tankers and enemy ships acting against them.
This diplomatic and military exchange is of great importance for the global oil market. The Strait of Hormuz is a strategic route carrying the world's largest flow of oil.
Tensions arising there could lead to fluctuations in oil prices and have a negative impact on the economy. Currently, the situation is further complicating relations between regional powers.
Both sides are striving to strengthen their positions, and future developments are attracting the attention of the entire world.
