In Kyrgyzstan, the head of the court bailiffs committed suicide

On March 13, Kubanichbek Kapalov, the deputy head of the court bailiffs service under the Prosecutor General's Office of Kyrgyzstan, committed suicide. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The 24.kg publication provided information about this. The Bishkek City Internal Affairs Main Directorate received a report about a body with gunshot wounds found in a car dealership located on Kojomberdiyev Street in the village of Chon-Ariq.
The rapid response-investigation team of the Lenin District Internal Affairs Department immediately arrived at the scene. During the investigation, it was established that a man born in 1981 died from gunshot wounds at the GAC model car dealership.
It was then confirmed that he was Kubanichbek Kapalov, who also held the position of deputy head of the court bailiffs service under the Prosecutor General's Office. From the scene, a smoothbore shotgun of the "Ij-18" model, 12 gauge, 13 cartridges, shells, two mobile phones, a farewell letter, and other material evidence were taken.
According to preliminary forensic examination data, the deceased had a gunshot wound to the chest. A forensic medical examination was appointed to determine the nature and extent of the injuries.
According to initial information, the deceased may have committed suicide due to debt obligations. The incident is being investigated under Article 128, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
Currently, law enforcement agencies are conducting consistent work to clarify all details of the incident.
