After a high-profile divorce from actor Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopes purchased a luxurious mansion in the prestigious Hidden Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles for 21 million dollars. The singer bought her new home for 21 million dollars, but the exact amount of the deal has not been disclosed.

The lot size exceeds 10,000 square meters, while the house itself covers an area of 930 square meters. In addition to the main building, there are additional structures such as a storage room, a stable, an equestrian area, a guesthouse, and a swimming pool. According to TMZ, Jennifer Lopes made a "beneficial deal".

Previously, this house was owned by other stars, including Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone and Creedence Clearwater Revival guitarist John Fogerty.
