New comprehensive analysis results on the level of work-life balance worldwide have been published. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The International Remote platform has created a special ranking based on labor conditions, social security, and quality of life in 60 countries with large economies. The study examined indicators such as the number of paid vacation days, the duration of maternity leave, minimum wage, quality of medical services, public safety, and the level of happiness among the population.
Each factor was considered to be of significant importance in establishing a stable and efficient life for workers. According to the results, New Zealand was found to be the most favorable country for work-life balance in 2025.
This country offers 32 days of paid vacation per year and up to 26 weeks of maternity leave. Additionally, the level of safety is high and medical services are considered to be of good quality.
Ireland ranked second, where a universal healthcare system is developed and the minimum wage is relatively high. Belgium ranked third, being one of the highest-paying countries in Europe.
Social guarantees and worker opportunities were highly rated. Seven European countries, including Germany, Norway, Denmark, Spain, and Finland, made it into the strong top ten.
Canada and Australia were also recognized as favorable countries for workers. Among the CIS countries, Russia ranked 43rd, Ukraine 37th, and Kazakhstan 46th.
It was shown that labor conditions and social guarantees in these countries are not sufficient. Unfortunately, Uzbekistan was not included in this ranking.
Overall, this research provides a clear picture of the conditions created for human resources in the manufacturing and service sectors. Lifestyle, job stability, vacation opportunities, and the medical service system indicate how much importance is given to the happy life of citizens in each country.
Such rankings serve as an important signal not only for the international community but also for the leadership of each country. Because the happiness and safety of workers are the foundation of any development
