The oldest citizen is Sonya Khadzhiretovna Arkayeva, who was born on February 10, 1927, and is currently 98 years old, leading an active life. The youngest centenarian is 90-year-old Sergey Nikolayevich Sakiyev, who was born on July 1, 1935.
On the official website of the Russian Book of Records, the names and photos of each centenarian are published. The village of Surx-Digora has previously set records in this regard, having been registered in 2021 with 17 elderly citizens.
