Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed Ukrainians from the streets of Kyiv and announced that he had instructed officials to await an official response regarding military assistance from the USA.
"Today many people have a question — what will happen with American aid? People should not be left in speculation. Ukraine and America deserve respectful dialogue," Zelensky said.
