During the war between Russia and Ukraine, the procedures for military mobilization and sending recruits to the front have become more complex and are evolving into new forms. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to data from the "Sistema" investigative project, a new volunteer corps named "Dobrokor" has been established in Russia. This corps is implementing a new mechanism for sending recruits to Ukraine.
The foundation of the "Dobrovolcheskiy korpus," established in 2023, was laid by the previous "Redut" private military company. Currently, this structure is controlled and financed by the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
Within the framework of the new system, recruitment processes are carried out by the "Svyatoy Georgiy" brigade, the "Don" Cossack formation, and another 25 units. The main leader of this process is Lieutenant General Vladimir Alekseyev.
Units of the "Dobrokor" corps are actively participating in many key directions of the front, including Kharkiv, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Kursk region in Russia. The recruitment conditions have also changed: men aged 18 to 55 are accepted for the war, as well as women aged 18 to 45 for medical units.
Recruits undergo training at a special training ground for 10 days to two weeks. The contract is signed for a minimum of six months, but there is also the possibility of an eight-month or one-year contract.
After the contract period ends, there are options to extend it or return home from the front. Members of the "Dobrokor" corps will officially have the right to receive the title of "veteran of combat operations."
Experts believe that this new system will mark a new phase in the mobilization and sending of recruits to the front in Russia. The public is closely monitoring the changes occurring in this direction.
