Famous Turkish actor Burak Deniz arrested in special operation

Famous Turkish actor Burak Deniz was arrested by police in Istanbul as part of a large-scale special operation. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

On Tuesday, nine other figures from the show business and film world were detained by law enforcement in Istanbul, including actor Ibrahim Celikkol, who won fans' hearts through the series "My Home My Destiny" and "As the Crow Flies," as well as famous pop singers Bengu, Simge Sagin, and Melek Mosso. The suspects are accused of consuming, possessing, and distributing drugs.
In recent months, Turkish law enforcement agencies have been conducting an intense and systematic fight against drug trafficking in Istanbul. As part of these raids, dozens of well-known figures, including famous actors, television journalists, and social media bloggers, had previously been arrested.
