Strong earthquake in Afghanistan also felt in Uzbekistan

On April 3 of this year, a strong earthquake was recorded in the territory of Afghanistan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the Republican Center for Seismoprognostic Monitoring, the earthquake occurred at 21:12 local time. The epicenter of the natural disaster was located in the Badakhshan province of Afghanistan, with a magnitude of 6.0 and a focal depth of 207 kilometers.
According to geographical coordinates, the earthquake occurred at 36.69 degrees north latitude and 70.76 degrees east longitude. These tremors were also clearly felt in several regions of Uzbekistan.
Specifically, tremors of 3 points were observed in the Surkhandarya region, and tremors of about 2-3 points were felt in the Fergana, Syrdarya, Jizzakh, Samarkand, Andijan, Namangan, and Kashkadarya regions, as well as in the city of Tashkent and the Tashkent region. So far, there have been no official reports of casualties or injuries resulting from this earthquake.
