President Shavkat Mirziyoyev inspected the renovated Museum of Timurid History

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the completely renovated State Museum of Temurid History on the occasion of the 690th anniversary of the birth of Amir Temur. Zamin.uz reported about this.
The head of state familiarized himself with the reconstruction work and new expositions in the museum. This visit became an important step in glorifying the legacy of the great commander and statesman, and in raising the younger generation in the spirit of national values.
In accordance with the presidential decree adopted in February of this year, April is traditionally declared as Amir Temur Month in our country. Within the framework of this document, the museum building was renovated based on world standards and equipped with the most modern technologies.
The museum exhibits were not only enriched but also made more attractive with the help of digital technologies. In particular, the first floor of the museum reflects the role of the Great Sahibkiran in laying the foundation of the Second Renaissance, while the second floor brings the history of the Temurid era to life through artificial intelligence and interactive tools.
While reviewing the conditions in the museum, the head of state emphasized the importance of promoting our rich history to our people and the international community. As the President noted, the heritage of science and statehood left by our ancestors is an important pillar in building a New Uzbekistan.
Therefore, involving youth and the population in museums at the neighborhood level and enriching their historical knowledge is considered an urgent task. A person who deeply understands history also builds their future correctly.
At the end of the visit, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev wrote his best wishes in the museum's honorary guest book. The renovated museum is now expected to become not only a center for scientific research but also a spiritual and educational hub for young people.
Through this space, the bravery and creative ideas of our great ancestors will be properly conveyed to future generations.
