Daily Motor reports that the Hyundai Creta will be released with a new design and hybrid engine.

The popular Hyundai crossover Creta is expected to undergo a major update in 2027. The third-generation model is recorded under the internal documents as SX3, featuring not only a new exterior but also equipped with modern technologies.

The production of the vehicle will begin at a plant in Tamil Nadu, India, and will later be launched in other countries.

According to insiders, the Creta will have a new design and interior inspired by the new Santa Fe and Palisade models.

The biggest changes may occur in the technical part. There are rumors that this model will be equipped with a powerful hybrid engine consisting of a 1.5-liter gasoline engine and an electric motor. The currently used 1.5-liter gasoline and diesel engines are expected to remain in place.
