On June 2, 2025, it was reported by UPL.uz that a 'Cobalt' car went off the road and fell into a canal in the city of Termez.
According to the press service of the Emergency Situations Department of the Surkhandarya region, the incident occurred in the 'Tinchlik' neighborhood of Termez. The driver lost control due to negligence and overturned the vehicle to the left.
Emergency service personnel quickly arrived at the scene and, with the help of witnesses, managed to right the car and then retrieved it using a UAZ service vehicle.
No one was injured in the accident. However, the car sustained significant technical damage.
