President Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with the head of the European Council

On April 2, in the evening, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, held an informal meeting with the President of the European Council, Antonio Costa.

The high-ranking representative of the European Union arrived in Uzbekistan this morning and visited the city of Bukhara, getting acquainted with the cultural and historical heritage of our people.

During the meeting, opinions were exchanged on urgent issues of bilateral and regional importance.

The preparations for the upcoming first summit in the "Central Asia - European Union" format were thoroughly discussed.
