The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, will initiate a new era in the field of public services. This was reported by Upl.uz.
The decision signed by the President envisions the complete digitization and automation of state finance and pension systems. This, in turn, will significantly ease citizens' interaction with these important systems.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan provided information about these developments. Within the framework of the initiative, compact service offices will be established in the regions of the country.
Their goal is to improve the quality of service to the population and enhance their accessibility. Additionally, all relevant services will be transitioned to electronic form, reducing the necessity for citizens to participate in person and shortening bureaucratic processes.
As an important stage of the digitization process, the "Digital State Finance" system will be launched starting from July 1, 2026. This innovation will serve to make financial operations more transparent and efficient.
In the next phase, starting from December 1 of this year, the pension system will be fully automated. One of the most anticipated new services is the "My Pension" innovative service.
This service will allow citizens to independently calculate their future pension payments based on their work experience and income information. As a result, personal financial planning and transparency will increase.
It should be noted that starting from July of this year, pensions for age and disability have been increased in Uzbekistan, reaching 918,000 and 1,010,000 soums, respectively. This indicates a further strengthening of the social protection system.
