Former referee Lapochkin supported Kazartsev's decision
Former FIFA referee Sergey Lapochkin from Russia evaluated the incident that occurred during the match between Moscow's "Spartak" and Makhachkala's "Dinamo". This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

In the first half, referee Vasiliy Kazartsev did not award a penalty for the guests, as Muhammad Aziy touched Nail Umyarov's leg. Lapochkin emphasized that there was initially an attempt to play the ball, which is the most important aspect.

If a player first applies pressure to an opponent and then only touches the ball, this is considered a foul. He pointed out in an interview with "Match TV" that there are good replay angles showing Aziy carefully pushing the ball with his toes and then failing to find a place to put his foot.

In the 75th minute of the match, "Spartak" is leading 1:0 and playing with a numerical advantage. The match process can be followed through the text broadcast on the Liveresult website.
