Allegri: Milan's main goal is the Champions League

The newly appointed head coach of the "Milan" team, Massimiliano Allegri, spoke about the goals the club needs to achieve in the upcoming Serie A season, starting from August 23. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

He identified securing a spot in the 2026/27 Champions League competition as his main task. He emphasized that this is very important for the team's brand and financial situation.

Allegri stated that this task is not easy, and therefore the team needs to work hard. The Italian specialist was appointed as the head coach of "Milan" in May.

Last season, the team finished only in eighth place under the leadership of former coach Sergio Conceicao and missed the opportunity to participate in European competitions. Allegri's goal is to elevate the team to higher levels again.
